Walking in Love and Spiritual Maturity

At EMBC we continue to centre our hearts on Jesus’ command to “love one another” (John 13:34). True Christian love isn’t just a feeling - it calls us to intentional living, moving towards Jesus and towards one another in every part of our lives.

As we continue this focus, we move into the book of James and our next sermon series:

Be Mature

Where 1 John showed us how to Be Real in faith, James gives us the practical blueprint for living out our faith in everyday life. James writes directly to believers - and he doesn’t hold back. He challenges us to take our faith and apply it to every corner of our lives:

• Wholehearted faith in our thoughts and actions

This series invites us to grow in spiritual maturity - not just in what we believe, but in how we live.
