Alpha
Explore life with Alpha at East Mains. The next course starts on Wednesday 15 September 2010 at 7 pm.
The Alpha course is a thirteen-week course. Each session starts with ‘food’ and then a speaker explores questions of life, such as 'Who is Jesus?' 'Why did Jesus die?' 'What does the Holy Spirit do?' 'Is the bible reliable?'
You then have your chance to discuss the topic in small groups letting you challenge, question and explore the issues raised.
This is a really informal introduction to the Christian faith and allows you to explore life with like minded individuals.
